By downloading, installing, or using MorpionX ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MorpionX, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

MorpionX is a competitive Tic-Tac-Toe (Morpion) game offering:

• Solo play against an AI opponent
• Multiplayer mode against other players
• ELO-based ranking system
• Game history and statistics
• User accounts with Google, Apple, or email authentication

3. User Accounts

To access certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation, or bots to gain an unfair advantage
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use offensive or inappropriate display names
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code in MorpionX are the property of TEKO and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. ELO Rating & Leaderboards

The ELO rating system is provided for entertainment purposes. Rankings are calculated automatically based on game outcomes. We reserve the right to adjust, reset, or modify ratings at any time to maintain fair play.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs. We are not responsible for any data loss or damages arising from use of the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TEKO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services including Firebase and Google. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Switzerland.
